Under normal traffic conditions, our team can arrive at your location within an average of 15-30 minutes. On-site tie-changing or replacement services can usually be completed within 30-45 minutes, depending on the actual situation. For emergency roadside assistance, please provide the following information:

1️⃣Your current location (you can send Google location or detailed address) 2️⃣Vehicle model and tire size (for example: BMW 520i / tire 225/55R17) 3️⃣Photos of the tire condition (for example: completely deflated / foreign object inserted)
